The NC press brake adopt simple control system to control the depth of bending and the rang of back gauge, it can obtain better bending precision. The press brake is easy to operate and maintains.
The frame is steel-welded construction, vibration to eliminate stress. With high strength and good rigidity.
Forcing torsion bar maintains synchronization for the two pistons, with the higher parallelism to the table. Mechanical stop nuts ensure stable and reliable positioning accuracy.
The press brake can use E200 system or DA-41 system to control the stroke of ram and the back gauge with high positioning precision. They are driven by the frequency converter.
The back gauge equip the Balls crew to ensure the positioning precision of back gauge and low noise
E20 NC and DA-41 system has a simple programming function. They can input simple bending programming.
Line transducer is equipped also.
